CasalThaulero was the first winery in the Abruzzo region to bottle DOC wines, since it was established in 1961. Today, the company's enologists carefully select the finest grapes and monitor the entire production process to guarantee the quality of its products and follow their evolution. During this slow, natural process, the scents, tastes and identity of the Abruzzo region come together and are expressed in the wine. While privileging local wines such as Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Cerasuolo, Pecorino, CasalThaulero also produces wines that were originally from other regions, such as Chardonnay, Merlot and Sangiovese. The current product range includes wines that are suitable for a variety of distribution channels (horeca and large-scale retail trade), both in terms of quality/price ratio and as far as packaging is concerned.
