Mission

The Agire hub wants to promote and value the territorial identification and aims the rooting of the distinctive and prestigious peculiarities of agri-food products of Abruzzo through the networking of company partners.

The mission of Agire company is to create a unique Agricultural, Productive and Research System, strongly integrated, enhanced by essential factors such as the image related to the Abruzzo region, innovation and collection of know-how and Human resources.

The composition of the company partners represents a high level of identification with the territory. More significantly, the presence of big companies fosters competitive abilities both in domestic and international markets. The partnership with academic institutions of research and Universities give the Consortium bigger chances to develop excellence in projects within the field of processing and product, management and marketing innovation.

The 54% of Company partners (today 105) comes from the agri-food sector (Agricultural 12% and Agroindustrial 42%). Through these, 82% represents micro, small and medium companies.

Also the largest agri-food companies of Abruzzo region partnership, put into networking, give a burst to competitiveness in this sector.

The 46% of the structure is distributed among services, auxiliary services, bodies of development and agencies. To this regard, the Centers of research and University partners have a key role representing the bodies for excellence in the innovation field.
